Does it on startup sometimes. It will do it when it has a rough start. It is one of the two to the intake manifold. Any ideas?

Small hose clamp?

Or zip tie?

That should work. Is there any other problem linked with this?

Are any of the lines/fittings cracked?

They should not just be popping off. I had one of those same lines on the throttle body giving me problems.

Turns out the bottom of the connector was cracked. Probably should have bought a new one but good luck with that.

Electrical tape fixed mine and no more rough idles.

Every experience I've had with vac lines and PCV lines popping off have been caused by another running issue, usually timing or just general poor running conditions [however most were in carb'd motors]. But I too say zip ties. I'm so picky about small vac leaks I have zip tied about every vac hose under my hood. No sense in letting un metered air in I say.

And if your referring to that vacuum distribution block on the intake those always break, and I've always been able to jb weld them back together. Or I've learned my lesson in unbolting the hard lines off the head before I mess with them.

Needs sheetmetal, radio, better radiator fan, p/s gearbox seals, harmonic balancer, and maybe some gauges like a speedo or tach. 0-60 in 6.7s if the tires hook. For sale, make me an offer.

Thanks for the input guys, will definitely try to clamp these suckers in place. The one is dried out.

Any dried, cracked, hard (ie not flexible) should be replaced. zip ties arent going to save a dried up factory hose from leaking or popping off. To redo all mine on my 92 may have cost 5$.

I'd say just relace them all, go to an oreillys or similar place and buy a roll of small vacuum tubing, then just cut to size and replace every one of them, my 92 I noticed had one that was cracked and was sucking in air, so i replaced it then noticed everyoneof them was dried/rotten were they connected to the engine.
