I have tried my heat settings at a bunch of different settings, but it still won't blow any heat out. Now, I'm not saying that it won't all the time. Sometimes the heat will blow out, but today i drove to work for an hour in the car with 15 min up starting the car and letting it heat up before i got in... Nothing! There is a problem with the blower I'm sure, what i'm wondering is does anyone or has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it.

Thank you,
New Bonneville owner

Be more specific about what problem you're having. Is your blower fan working intermittently? The brushes wear out and the fan will work sometimes and not work other times. The fan is located on the front of the firewall, accessed from the engine bay. It's a pretty straightforward DIY replacement.

On the other hand if your vent doors aren't opening and closing correctly, the common failure point is a broken air mix actuator accessible through the glove box. There's a thread here on how to fix that: http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/forum/accessories/topic3537.html

The blower works intermittently. I thought that was what I said. Anyways, do you know of the process for the diy for the brushes on the fan?

Yes. You buy a new fan/motor assembly, remove the old fan/motor assembly, and replace it with the new one.
