i replaced the instrument cluster with a salvageyard cluster and the fuel gauge wont work at all. where can i get it reprogrammed at? :helpsmilie: :dontknow: :banghead:

From what year? The 92-95 cluster has a different fuel sender than your 96.

i tried to get as close to the original as possible it was a choice between a 97 and a 93 cluster.
i just hope i chose the right one :bhuh:

I may be wrong, but I believe that in 96 the PCM did not control the fuel gauge, I think thats 97+ ... you really needed an earlier cluster... 95-96 to be 100% right... 92-94 should work as well iirc, difference will be the hash marks on the tach...

JRS3800 i pulled a cluster from a 93 and the shift indictor cable wasnt even present, thats why i went with the 97. now there was also a 92 present that i didnt pull due to time constraints. :dontknow:
