what is the function of the ac control relay???

It controls the AC compressor clutch via a command from the PCM.

oh ok i thought that was the job of the compressor clutch relay???

Maybe you have two names for one item? Where did you come up with ac control relay? There is only one relay in the ac system.

oh ok sumone told me there's was a relay on the right side of the fuse panel underneath the glove box for the ac as well..Does the compressor control relay directs the different flow from the vents as well such as front,rear,and bottom vents??

No, air flow is controlled by the heater/ac programmer. There is no ac relay in the rh ip.

A relay cannot control multiple things, it either does or does not allow current through it, depending on what the control wire says to do.
