Yea so then its not that its either

1. Bad wire which is oem on cyl 6
2.Something is loose
3.Or something that has nothing to do with the plugs

A few times before I changed the plugs the check engine light would sometimes go on and off once I hit a quarter tank it would go on..if I filled up the light would go off..the car does feel rough sometimes..I'm planning on changing the fuel filter soon..could it possibly be fuel pump? Fuel pressure?

My coworker's car recently got gas so bad that it wouldn't run. A new fuel filter and two bottles of ISO-HEAT later, it ran for 10 minutes, then got random mis-fires codes, and then died, showing clear symptoms of a clogged filter. If you press the test port needle valve right after turning the car off, you should get a good strong spray (be prepared for fuel...). If it's just a burble, there's a good chance the filter is clogged or the pump wasn't making good pressure to begin with. I think pressure should be 45ish psi?

They should be pre-gapped at .060. The reason you shouldn't try to gap them is that you'll break the electrode off. Happened to me when I tried it...

Yeah another fact about this install I did..when I started the car smoke came out of the rear plugs I'm assuming its because of the lubricants I used it went away after few min of idle could that have caused damage?

I didn't gap the NGK iridium plugs in my LeSabre. It runs very well with them.

Any additional lubricants burning externally from installation won't cause damage. Well, not to the car at least.

Did you change the #6 wire? Change that first before worrying about plug gap.
