just get new lug studs from your local parts store. don't just use regular bolts.

Buy the right replacements like wjcollier said.

I've replaced a couple. Drive them back in with a 3 pound hammer. Using another hammer to back up the hub as you hit on the lug nut with the 3 pounder. There is usually a position rotating the hub where there's room for the lug nut to go back out without hittiing the steering/suspension parts. Be gentle to protect the bearings, but firm hits.

Pull in the new lug with washers under the lug nut upside down to get it firmly into place.
