I already checked the site here, saw the pics stating this manifold area is behind the glove compartment, and taking it out will reveal it.

Well we did that, and saw nothing of the sort! Only the air bag module.

PROBLEM: When first turning on the A/C or selecting the air to come out different vents via the electronic buttons, air only comes out the windshield vents,,,then eventually when it wants to,,or I hear some sort of 'squealing' over near the glove compartment, then it tries to come out other vents.

Anyone know where to find this vaccum line manifold,,,or diverter so I can check for leaks or bad lines messing up the diverter ????

PICS would be a BIG help too !!!

Programmer box is for automatic AC. Note at bottom left corner the plastic connector where the thin rubber inners suck shut preventing vacuum from operating the valves that open various air paths to choose something other than defroster. No vacuum at all equals defroster. Vacuum to blue line goes to one diaphragm that pulls shut doors that allow air to go to defroster so it's forced out the dash vents; at same time door closes at bottom to prevent air going out floor vents.

Not sure what squealing is. If a diaphragm were torn on one of the vacuum motors the squealing air should occur on left side of hump on driver's side. All 4 motors are on that side for vacuum operations.

Try running your motor and turning it off leaving the key at ON. Operate the various settings on the HVAC control unit. You should hear doors opening and closing for about 20-30 seconds worth of pushing one, listening, then pushing another.
