OK guys I'm going to change my brake caliper on the right front side and I'm going to do the hose while I'm there.

My question is this...When I open up the line is all of my brake fluid going to run out, requiring me to plug it somehow or is the viscosity of the fluid going to keep it in the line.

Thanx for the help in advance...

It won't run out, but it will seep. What you can do, is put something against the brake pedal to push it down some, and disconnect the battery so your brake lights won't kill the battery. That will stop the master cylinder from running dry.
